I will provide you with a safe environment and supportive therapeutic relationship to help you explore, identify and address the root drivers and facilitators of your addiction. I will help you develop alternative healthy coping strategies instead of unhealthy defence and compensatory behaviours. I will tailor my approach to progressively meet your unique needs, gifts and goals helping move and grow into a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Cancellation Policy
No charge for short notice cancellations due to medical or family emergencies. For all other late cancellations within 48 hours before the start time a £40 charge is due. This policy refers to paid services and not to the Consultation & Discovery Call.
